Nicola Rochelle Life Coaching is a holistic life coaching approach that encompasses all areas of your life to help you feel more fulfilled and achieve your goals. This holistic approach means that both your mental and physical wellbeing is considered across both your professional and personal aspects of your life.
If you are feeling unhappy, anxious or unfulfilled Nicola Rochelle Life Coaching is a great place to start. I volunteer regularly as a telephone counsellor at Lifeline and have a broad range of experience in mental health. In addition, I am a qualified Life Coach and all my coaching techniques are evidence-based and I am registered with the International Coaching Federation.
I am based in Auckland, New Zealand so if you are local I can coach you face to face. If you are not local, or don’t have the time in your busy schedule, coaching works just as well over Skype or telephone.

Unfortunately, there is currently no firm regulations around Life Coaching, so it is very important to find a coach who has undertaken training with an industry recognised organisation. The International Coaching Federation is the gold standard in coaching and represents the highest quality of coaching across the world. I chose to do my training with the ICF as I believe in practising only with evidence-based coaching skills that offer my clients the very best in coaching.
Life coaching has no set frequency. The most common approach is to meet weekly, which is the best approach if you are looking to make big changes that impact your life. However, it may be that you have a long-term goal that you are aiming towards, but you are unsure how you can achieve it. This is potentially more suited to less frequent appointments which can be anything from once a month to once a year.
Most commonly life coaching lasts for around 8-10 weeks if the appointments are regular. However, there is no set length and it is down to your individual circumstances and personal goals. Some coaching relationships last months or even years.
Life coaches do not act as a therapist or counsellor nor does life coaching provide psychological treatment.
