As well as helping people who are feeling lost, unfulfilled or unmotivated to achieve goals.

I firmly believe that everyone deserves to live a happy and fulfilling life but often achieving those things is not straightforward. Mental Health Coaching combines psychological evidence and knowledge with principals of coaching to create a science based method for change.

We are surrounded by pressure.

More pressure than ever before. Pressure to have a successful career, pressure to eat healthy, pressure to conform to everything society says we should be doing. 

Pressure leads to feelings of anxiety, symptoms of depression and low self confidence. Often, issues are brushed under the carpet to ‘go in the flow’ of society. It is easier to conform, to fit in and to appear as though you have everything together. This can potentially lead to feelings of anxiety, stress and overwhelm.

Through Mental Health Coaching we will work together in safe space to work through your own personal experiences, uncover your triggers, learn new tools and develop a clear and achievable road map to enable you to overcome your current challenges.
